Prior to establishing Jonno Hanafin Associates in 1987, Jonno directed the global Organization Development and Executive Development functions for Exxon and was the cultural architect and builder for the Syncrude Canada oil sands project.

His extensive experience enables him to provide practical and applicable wisdom to change leaders. He has been recognized as one of the foremost developers of organization and community change leaders and consultants in the world for the past 35 years.
Jonno was one of four original invited facilitators for the Clinton Global Initiative held annually in New York. This working conference engaged 1,000 heads of state, CEO’s, NGO heads and global religious leaders in a commitment-oriented exploration of current global issues.
He is a Founder and Co-Chair of the iGOLD Center (Int’l. Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development.) a global institute recognized as the premier world class offering for developing leaders and consultants working with complex organization change across cultural boundaries.
Jonno taught “Executive Presence” at the Wharton School’s Ph.D. and MBA programs and has published numerous articles on leading and catalyzing change. He is currently authoring a book on Learning and Leading, due for publication at the end of 2021.
